Methods and tools of process visualization<\/b><\/p>

  1. Process visualization<\/strong> depicts the factors that are related to or influence a process – which can range from a very few to a large number of interfaces or stakeholders.<\/li>
  2. Our approach is based on a solid understanding of your challenge in your project or organization.<\/li>
  3. To do this, we use tools to gather information on stakeholders, corporate units, influencing factors, correlations, and so on.<\/li>
  4. Such visuals are tremendously useful in management processes, in quality management, in automation or process engineering, in many business processes, etc., as well as in R&D.<\/li>
