Brechtje Hendriks<\/strong>: Many clients describe me as a colorful, fun-loving, creative and warm personality. My Dutch roots and diverse personal and international experiences contribute to my open and unbiased approach to all people and topics. I am passionate about getting to the core together with you<\/a>, addressing important issues and visually recording them. I love the dynamics that make every event special – I find it important to be flexible each time and to tune in to the uniqueness of the event. In four languages (German, English, Spanish, Dutch) I support you as a graphic recorder<\/a>, visualizer, facilitator<\/a>, moderator, and coach.<\/p>

Graphic Recording & Visualization: with great enthusiasm I visualize your messages live – it allows me to combine my enthusiasm for images with my business expertise: The passion for art showed up very early and was a constant companion – so I was at a support program at the art academy and actively working as an artist. At the same time, I have 15 years of experience in business (marketing, strategy and HR), among others at two DAX corporations. Through this combination, I have been able to help many clients<\/a> see their challenges in a new light and approach them with clarity.<\/p>

Facilitation, Moderation & Coaching: I accompany your events, workshops and group processes with empathy, attention and creativity. A facilitative approach and the conviction that change comes from the system are central to this: the “knowledge is in the system” and with the right methods and questions, exactly those topics can be worked on that are most urgent for you. I am very much looking forward to meeting you and supporting you exactly where you see need.<\/p>
