Kaa Faensen - Team Visual Facilitators

Kaa Faensen: My strengths lie in listening carefully to content relevant to the client and in moderating with the help of the emerging visuals (visual facilitation). Process design, workshop design, facilitation and pre-event consulting is something I gladly provide – without or also with visualization.Capturing and presenting the essential – for me graphic recording and visual facilitation are tools to bring people, teams and organizations closer to their individual thoughts, images, solutions and also questions. Often the written, printed word loses clarity and the simplicity of the results. The resulting visual captures mood, thoughts, and depth of the discussions and collaborative work, allowing participants to relive the situation as they view it. For the participation of people, the simultaneous visualization of their work is also a mirror to make them aware of the process and what is essential. It is not just spoken words and as soon as any sound fades, memory fades. Something exists that we can recognize as having taken shape. The common experiences a new, different, creative way of expression and becomes visible.

This makes it possible to continue working with the result in a way that was not there before. For me, this mirror to awareness has become a core element of change and innovation processes. As social therapist I have learned to listen in a non-judgmental way and to mirror the essential, and as daughter of a painter I have been familiar with creative design since childhood. It gives me great pleasure to put these skills into the service of change processes that promote aliveness and deliver results that contribute to the common good.

Examples below: We are not able to show a majority of our work for confidentiality reasons. When we have permission to show something, then we often do not show the entire visual, but details. See as well our gallery. We appreciate your understanding.
