Friederike Abitz: Translating perceptions into images and words naturally flow through me. Chinese characters have taught me how universal our visual vocabulary is. When I fill the role of Graphic Recorder, I draw and translate spoken and unspoken words, create new AHAs, facilitate dialogues, and create a sense of belonging for those present. Dialogues that have never happened before are manifesting in the room as I serve as your visual facilitator. Conversations are captured for you and with you so that structures and patterns of your team, your organization, your community emerge in clarity and on a visual.

Consider me as a multi-potentialist who can easily dive deep into any of your expert fields, be it engineering, computer science, classical music, history, art, or the environment. My dearest projects and facilitations are about transforming businesses and ourselves to create a world that works for all of us. Asking “What do you and I, the individual, the collective, and the world as a whole need so that we all win?” and gathering answers is the starting point for change facilitation. I enrich the process with Theory U, NLP, Dragon Dreaming Project Design, sociocracy as well as classical project management.
